Abstract: The Science Teachers' Association of Manitoba is organizing the second Canadian Congress on Science Education, to be held October 17-20 in Winnipeg. This conference will address the role that curriculum, teachers and schools can play in helping students understand the environmental realities which are the cornerstone of sustainable development.
