Abstract:  The Hungarian Biokultura Association will host an international conference on the "Socio-Economics of Organic Agriculture" to be held August 27-30 in Budapest. The conference will address the need for organic agriculture in Eastern Europe as a sustainable alternative to centrally planned economies.
