Abstract: The Socialist Feminist bulletin Cayenne has ceased publishing. The editors attributed their decision to stop publishing partly to the fact that they were unsuccessful in stimulating the kinds of vivid debates which they wanted to encourage in the pages of Cayenne. "Why," they asked, "do activists in movements find it so difficult to find the time to sit down and write to share their experiences and analyses?"
