Abstract: This free brochure outlines the efforts of a coalition of individuals from various church related institutions in Toronto. The goals of eliminating the degrading aspects of "skid row" and the enabling of humanized community with single displaced persons are being approached in a number of ways. The basic thrusts, style of operation, participants and a brief history of action since March 1974 are included. This is an attempt to change the system of services that is seen to perpetuate skid row.
