Abstract: Toronto, ON – August 19, 2015 – The Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) announces that for the month ending July 31, 2015, the assets under management (AUM) for the mutual funds industry reached $1.24 trillion. Year-to-date, industry AUM increased by $102.8 billion or 9.0%.
Net sales for the mutual funds industry totalled $4.26 billion. Net sales of long-term funds were $3.99 billion and net sales of money market funds were $275.6 million.
