Independent Jewish Voices' annual general meeting takes place this week in Toronto. It will feature a number of prominent guest speakers and address a range of issues related to the organization's mandate.
Abstract: Independent Jewish Voices Canada (IJV), a national Jewish organization which opposes Israel's continued occupation of Palestine, will be holding its annual general meeting this week in Toronto. IJV works actively with other organizations nationally and internationally to challenge Israeli policies of racial and ethnic segregation, discrimination and military aggression against Palestinians. The conference takes place from October 18-20 at Steelworkers Hall, 25 Cecil Street, Toronto.
