Abstract: This educational kit offers an historical introduction to the situaiton of Native people in Canada. It was developed and tested for effectiveness by activists and educators in the province of Saskatchewan, and was recently revised and updated. The reprints and original articles in the kit cover such topics as: colonialism, treaty process and betrayal. Metis and non-status Indians, Northern development, urbanizaiton and recism, and Native peoples and the workforce.
